Charges are based on agreed quotations. Additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, fuel surcharges, or port charges may apply. Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in service suspension.
All customs duties, taxes, fines, and penalties imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the Customer. AlBarrak Logistics acts solely as an agent for customs processing.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
Shipments are not insured unless specifically requested. Customers are advised to arrange insurance coverage. Insurance arranged through the Company is subject to insurer terms.
Liability, if any, shall be limited in accordance with applicable laws and conventions. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Customers must not ship prohibited or illegal items. The Company reserves the right to refuse or report any shipment violating regulations.
Stored goods remain at the Customer’s risk. Storage charges apply, and unpaid goods may be disposed of in accordance with the law.
AlBarrak Logistics shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
All customer information is treated as confidential and used solely for service execution unless disclosure is required by law.
All website content, logos, and branding belong to AlBarrak Logistics and may not be used without written permission.
The Company may suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, legal violations, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
